I am a U.S. Army veteran based in Gallatin, TN. For more than 10 years I have led software engineering teams and helped organizations adopt and run the technology behind daily work: CRM and sales systems, marketing tools, claims systems, warehouse management, content management and web hosting, reporting, data warehouses, and ERP.

The work has spanned six industries and two continents: healthcare, pharmacy, automotive, device insurance, nonprofits, and federal programs. Sales and marketing on one end, warranty claims and supply chain on the other, and enrollment in healthcare and the federal program.

I helped automotive and pharmacy operators in the US and Canada integrate after acquisition, bringing systems, data, and vendors into alignment. In device insurance, I optimized the processes behind enrollment, warranty claims, and repair fulfillment. Operators in Japan brought me in to get software moving faster from plan to release. And I served as deputy chief engineer on the TSA PreCheck enrollment platform.

I have also built coaching and mentorship programs covering program management, project management, data engineering, software engineering, and systems engineering. I still coach managers and directors through adoption work with clients today.

Today my focus is AI adoption. I help teams choose where to start, set the ground rules, coach leaders, and achieve results.
