Formal coaching ends and the learning often stops with it. Managers and emerging leaders lose the peer support and shared problem-solving that drove their progress, and capability gains erode without some low-cost way to keep it going.
The outcomeA practical peer mentoring or community-of-practice structure is designed and launched. Participants continue to learn from each other, surface problems early, and reinforce standards without constant external facilitation.
